In my photobook An Infinitely Ephemeral Presence, I use abstraction to explore the transitory world around me and how I see myself fitting into it. My photographs typically depict reflective surfaces and balance scenes of nature with self-portraiture. I made this work by intuitively searching for patterns in the natural environment that convey my feelings about life: it is always in motion and changing.
